I liked how the series continued to subtly (and sometimes not-so-subtly) remind us the maddening sexism they faced in their careers—not to mention the unfair advantage white heterosexual males had on general back then. (You think it's bad now, sheesh.) Victor Buono's presence served as a reminder of that.

As with any other chain, the idea is to get you addicted so that no rational argument against eating its food will work. Mission accomplished.

Tom Lester looks barely held together.

Obviously this was just something to kill time between right-wing lunatic rants for both Jackson and Ray Stevens.

This movie is an essential because it features both Christopher Reeve and Michael Pare sans shirts! George Sanders was a nice looking man, but no match in the physique department. :-*

Sweeney himself has said that it wasn't so much the dress thing, but the fact that every week when they handed out parts they hardly ever gave him and Danitra Vance anything to do unless it was specifically for a "black character" or a "gay character". They never even got to do parts that basically anyone could have

The problem was that he ONLY got to play Nancy Reagan. Every week when the writers handed out sketch parts the white heterosexual males would have the most by far, then the white females, and Terry and Danitra Vance would have two little walk-ons as stereotypes. That's not being political, it's jyst the way it was.

Did I miss it or was there no mention of Terry Sweeney's groundbreaking status as the show's first openly gay cast member? You thought the show had no clue what to do with Black cast members?! They were really out-to-lunch with Terry. And they so have kicked Chase out of the studio after showing him such disrespect.

I could start watching tomorrow and it wouldn't make any difference. I'm not an A.C. Nielsen household.

How about that Adele? She seems nice.

Well, I'm officially middle-aged. I've only heard of two of these artists, two that I was never into and couldn't have told you if they were still recording or not.

This reminds me of what Sir Laurence Olivier supposedly said to Dustin Hoffman on the set of Marathon Man after Hoffman had stayed up all night before filming a scene: "You should try acting, it's much easier" (or something to that effect).

Donnelly Rhodes was a hot Canadian DILF. I lusted after him on that show Double Trouble with the annoying twin daughters.

Oh, please. "But it’s also statistically improbable that none of the people tweeting out Duggar's alleged OK cupid profile have any online secrets of their own." SO? THEY'RE not the ones condemning gay people and saying everyone should be virgins until married and only have sex with one person EVER! GET IT?! #idiocy

The Facts of Life (a spinoff itself) was particularly shameless the way it threw characters in out of nowhere in an attempt to start a show. There was a cousin of Jo's (Megan Follows) who worked in a garage, an interracial couple related to Tootie, Natalie got some roommates (David Spade and Richard Grieco among them,

There's a reason Leonard Kastle never made another film after "The Honeymoon Killers". He had no idea what he was doing. As a producer and writer, it was a sheer triumph that he got THK made; however, according to Shirley Stoler, credit for the final look and feel of the film should go to DP Oliver Wood. His black

I already saw a comment on another site by a Log Cabin Republican who thinks this is a good idea. I called it when it was first announced that they would find some Uncle Toms to work behind-the-scenes, and lo and behold they gots themselves a gay director. Well, maybe while they're doing this, Barbra Streisand can
