I think they're about to discover that being legally and morally entitled to something and collecting on it are two very different things.

Apparently the two of them blew their navigation and/or fuel estimate while piloting a private plane to the Bahamas, and having made an emergency landing in the Exumas decided their next logical step…

I'm thinking more likely the offspring of such people.

Given that Ja Rule's net worth is probably in the 7-figure to low 8-figure range, and McFarland seems to have nothing in his past but ventures that range from "lackluster" to "train wreck", I think chances are excellent that this could happen.
