I'm using number of comments as a proxy for viewership. Not everyone who watches comments, but that's true of any show. So it's probably a decent approximation.

"didn't they show him looking evil at someone else who chose to became his caretaker at sometime in the past and then the person died? Or am I confusing that with the A&E flop that I watched."
I almost laughed when Milan took Lucy off to I assume murder her immediately after the dam broke. I understand evil isn't going to do itself, the dude has to stay on top of it. But couldn't he have waited to see how the whole flood thing played out? Maybe just made a mental note to kill Lucy later? Seems like Lucy…
"Of the 20 most expensive movies ever made, every single one made back its budget, even infamous flops like Waterworld ($264.2 million on a budget of $171 million) and John Carter ($284 million from $263.7)."
Every time a foreign show or movie has an American remake, the Avclub comments inevitably turn to what a bunch of unilingual, barely literate rubes Americans are for not watching the originals in their original language. Yet the Avclub readership isn’t exactly watching the hell out of this show. Or Deutchland 83…
I got the impression Mr. Costa just agreed with the others that Victor was dangerous and had to leave town.
This episode was the first time I went from Pierre is misguided and naive, but generally ok to he's an actual threat. Curious to see where that goes.
I can't even begin to wrap my mind around how awesome that would be.
All I could think of when I saw Jerome was "dude needs some decent GIS software. Get much better results with just half the crazy"
This show's better than Comedy Bang! Bang! with special guest Amy Schumer.
I'm assuming his drawings come true too, though if I were Julie I'd want "if we keep the little weirdo from drawing shit, people won't die" spelled out.
It's strange there aren't more comments, as this show is better than both It Follows and The Babadook.
I was a little surprised Julie didn't press Victor's mom a bit more on the "he should never draw" thing. Even she must be picking up on the "creepy weirdo with supernatural powers" vibe by now.
That makes sense, what with the old church spire sticking out of the water and all. They should get up to the old dam more. Because that gigantic hole where the river used to be looks pretty suspicious.
Honestly, I'm not exactly sure where the old dam is in relation to the town. In the final episode of Season 1, they showed the old dam after the flood and it looked pretty close. But maybe they rebuilt the town further downstream?
I have to think the giant hole Berg found is pretty recent. The town has been full of military and engineers looking for the cause of the flood for months. You'd have thought a giant water diverting hole by the old dam would have been a suspect earlier.
Even in Northern VT my kid played Babe Ruth baseball until October 24th. Winters can be rough, but we're not quite the Arctic Circle.
Judging by the photo, looks like VEEP is getting pretty dark this season
You must have missed Drive Angry, released in 2011. I know I can't be the only one who thought that was pretty good in a B movie kinda way.
Someone needs to look up the definitions of "ethnicity" and "race". There is some overlap, but not the same thing.
