In the first episode Bellamy defied protocol and they ended up killing a few Ice Nation grounders. He was reckless. In episode 3x02 he risked his own life to try and save Clarke, again reckless, acting on his emotions without thinking ahead, without planning. Then 3x03 he trusts Echo based on his emotions again,

This being Lexa's downfall would be the most predictable route and the show has given us (again and again) smarter paths. No, that's not the message this show wants to give us. Lexa is being a revolutionary, she is going to challenge the status quo because she has a vision of a better world. Besides, there's a bigger

Exactly! That has always been Bellamy. I'm actually finding super refreshing to see the male lead to make mistakes and be on the wrong side of things without being the antagonist per se. Yes, people make progresses in life but sometimes they fall back to old habits! It's realistic. Bellamy cannot see past his anger

This was a terrific episode. I do not agree with this B, yet again.

I`m so curious to see how Lexa will react to this because honestly I have NO IDEA. She risked everything for them and now this puts her in an incredible tricky position. She definitely needs to do something and Clarke needs to back her. I'm hoping Clarke, Abby and Kane will side with Lexa, along with Octavia and

Actually Nia is Ice Nation, not Trikru.

It's good drama though. And it was bound to happen. Bellamy is still working under a us vs them mentality and Octavia has embraced the grounders style completely. There is no turning back.

It's actually Clarke's fault. She is being manipulated by the evil lesbian into staying in Polis to seek protection for her people and stop wars. Without his sitter by his side, poor baby Bellamy couldn't tell right from wrong and decided to turn into a mass murderer.

I think killing Lincoln would be an interesting choice for the writers. Right now he doesn't add much to the narrative. But if he dies and Bellamy is somehow involved the relationship between the Blakes (which has always been the most stable in this show) will be forever changed, that opens up a lot in terms of

Clarke will go back to Arkadia and maybe try to be the leader she was born to be but she will side with Lexa (the same way I think Abby, Kane and Octavia will too) because Clarke understands this is not about "my people vs your people" anymore. It's about doing what is right for the greater good. And you are right,

MelbCro = Pike.

These people are literally fighting off death on a daily basis. Things will happen faster than usual because they have no idea what might happen the next day. The amount of respect, admiration and attraction these two have for each other is huge but Clarke is not ready (how do you resist Lexa wearing nightgow and

The worst part is that I know they will redeem Bellamy and that might be even sloppier (no matter how much I think it makes sense for Bellamy to act the way he is acting, the writing here was not good and Pike is just so one-dimensional).

Can we talk about what a floating genius Lexa is? Killing Roan would not help her much because Nia would never stop at that (and Roan seems like someone who could be a good king). That spear to the chest solves (for now) her problems with the Ice Nation AND Lexa gets the chance to avenge Costia. Head and heart working

Bellamy loses his girlfrend: decides to join an army that is going to murder 300 people that were there to defend them.

Yeah I loved that part. Lexa is so well written, so consistent! I thought it was also a nod to MW. Lexa asking Clarke for understanding and forgiveness once again.

Who the hell is Thora? Lexa is one of the most interesting and complex characters on this show and her dynamic with Clarke is one of the highlights of the season. Killing off Lexa would be one of the dumbest decisions this show could take.

Yeah I love this! I think you are spot on re: gounders and technology. I'm very intrigued by Titus saying that their are close to their goal. I think Lexa and Titus' role is huge and Titus is probably buying tech from Emori. The only thing is, why isn't Titus interested in working with the sky people (he wanted Lexa

It would be so much fun we find out that the goddess the grounders worship looks exactly like ALIE. And considering how many women are in positions of power in this show it would make sense that their god is actually a woman. I'm so intrigued by their system of beliefs because of similarites with Native Americans but

I love the idea of the spiritual legend, makes complete sense. And also nightbloods: night = dark = black. So I'm thinking that's how they find the candidates for the next commander, those who have black blood are deemed "special".
