There is no explanation, really. Studies have shown that many men under 5'7" often develop complexes due to insecurity, and thus overcompensate. Kanye is prime example of this. His desperation for people to take him "so seriously" is ridiculous. Others are simply are simply assholes by nature. :)

Touche. Point taken. There's a lot great short guys out there. But there's also a lot of douchebags who drive massive trucks and constantly overcompensate. I'm just saying, he's a wee lad and it probably contributed to his big ego.
