I think it's not so much about that single altercation in the night club, but more about the shit he pulls regularly. Calling his new contract with Miami his third chance was probably a big understatement.

But he is cop. Every arrest of someone who isn't white is tainted and Lawyers would have a field day.

And then they had to sleep downstairs in Lairds and his sisters place while Hannah was freaking out, which doesn't make any sense.

She definitely saw that she is Plan B. She just hasn't acted on it, but that could change.

Just for endangering carol compared to what? Bob didn't do anything wrong. He tried to escape, just like Rick would have done in his position. That's a basic instinct. Should he feel bad, because he had to lie and knock somebody out to gain freedom?

Yeah, that was my tought too. It was a little cheap though.

If the timelines of both stories are right and no one is remembering
things completely wrong she couldn't have known about the affair when

Before that happen there are many other potential The Wire candidates, because Dominic West, beeing on Showtimes The Affair, actually has something going for him.

How could they not know how to filter water after so much time?

How so? He didn't ask before and Unser wasn't gonna tell him out of nowhere that Lins guy couldn't have done it and Juice wouldn't have opened up without him asking.

"Put out an APB on Teller. For assault"

That's not what i was saying. I was alking about the stuff you said about rape and the people that hope that rapers are getting raped and made a comparison to capital punishment.

True, and you can say similiar things about murder and the death
penalty, but sadly capital punishment is accepted in a modern democracy
    like the United States.

I think they matter, if the show is not considered to be outstanding anyway. For Jeff Daniels for example it was great, because there was this focus on this one scene. But id don't think it will matter that much with Breaking Bad and True Detective.

Its $1000 a day and half of that is a bargain.

In TV random bystanders literally never act, when the bad guys have a gun. But in this cass it was Ryan Hardy, the famous FBI agent who is/was all over the news, so lets jump the man.

His play would have worked easily, if the writers did not write boyd out that situation that easy. Its absolutely not believable that Johnny would not look over Hotrod himself to be sure that he wont spill any information on the phone.
