Sounds like Scahill has the right idea. This can't lead anywhere good. If Milo gets shown up, he'll blame "liberal bias". If he shouts down someone else, but gets booed anyway, "liberal bias". If he says something truly offensive and hateful, and gets booted from the panel, "liberal bias". If the invite is rescinded…

Okay, so this is where my head goes when I think about how this is going to play out: Vision is the first attacked and the first "killed" because he's powered by the Mind Gem. Once Steve finally makes his way back to help out, he sacrifices himself to save Tony by leaping in front of a blast from the Gauntlet and is

So… in order for Thanos to actually have the Infinity Gauntlet whole, he has to "kill" Vision, right? Because if he doesn't, that will fuck up my fan theory and I don't want my fan theory fucked up.

I just rewatched this film and while there are definite Whedonisms I can identify, there are others that just don't quite click. Admittedly it was a total polish and he probably wanted things to be as generic as possible as to not show off too much of who he was with an uncredited script job, but moments like

No. The absolute best exchange of the film goes to Grant Heslov and Charlton Heston:

I binged this season starting last Saturday night and finished Sunday afternoon because A: Fuck the Super Bowl and B: this show is fucking terrific. Is it A+ prestige TV? No, but it never has failed to put huge smiles on my face. Everyone in the show is awesome, but goddamn, does Timothy Olyphant KILL IN EVERY

I wanted to find Vince and scream in his face as soon as I heard Roman's music hit.

This has all the earmarks of being calamitous. If it were an open forum where it wasn't Maher's show, it might be worth it, but because it's Maher's show, if Milo is shot down by the crowd or Maher, he will just claim "libtard bias and hypocrisy towards gays". And since it's Maher's show, he can just end the segment,

I think we can all agree that JBL's mike needs to be shut off during any appearance by James Ellsworth.

Braun Strowman = The unlikeliest savior of Raw.

My argument for my new pet passion project: TRADE SAMI FOR BARON.

Holy FUCK, do I love the hell out of that song. So gorgeous. His voice so amplifies the haunting essence of that song.

And suddenly, the most searched phrase on Pornhub on Alt-Right laptop owners was "Tila Tequila Anal".

I dunno. I can kinda get behind that sentiment insofar as songs like "Boy (Go)" by Golden Palominos… but I believe that R.E.M. belongs to EVERYONE. Or at least it should.

First, I'm kind of a vinyl psychotic, particularly when it came to this album. It was the only of their "early" albums I didn't already have on vinyl. I even went out on RSD when the "Unplugged" vinyl collection came out. Second, it's my favorite album. Third, it comes with the download codes so you're getting a lot

Because no one asked, here's my playlist:

I always thought that "Leave" was their most underrated song. I saw them in concert four times, and twice post-"New Adventures" and I was DYING to hear that song live. Never did, and I'm still sad about it.

"Let Me In" is a mind-shreddingly beautiful and soul-crushingly sad tune. Sadder than "Country Feedback" but for different reasons. "The Lifting" is probably my favorite tune from "Reveal". So you're not alone.

When I got the 3-disc vinyl last Friday, I opened it and immediately flipped to side two, track 10 and was in tears by the end of "Country Feedback". Four minutes and four seconds of absolute perfection. It's not only my favorite R.E.M. song, but it's my favorite song EVER. I remember what a gut punch that song was

That's a good point. I think it's largely due to the fact that I've seen this film so many damn times in so many different formats that it really stands out from most of the other Cantonese films I've seen where they pretty much stuck with the same translation throughout.
