There's no way I'm waiting till April—reading the books it is.
Question for book readers: how far into the first book has this season gone?

Agree with the reviewer: considering the "feminist" perspective that this show strives towards, it was an odd place to end—way too hackneyed in an 80s sort of way.
Exactly. I think that was the last show I watched because it was pretty embarrassing that Maher couldn't refute any of the talking points on his own.
Maher's Islamic rhetoric is borderline Islamaphobic. He sounds no different than Bill O'Reilly et al.
Yes, Maher is awful: rude, obnoxious, and just not as bright as his counterparts. I've straight up boycott him.
Definitely would watch a spin off with "Rafi and Dirty Randy." It would likely get crazier and crazier as each episode tried to outdo the previous one, but Rogan and Mantzoukas are clearly having fun, so why not watch?
I think the "Girl Power" segment would have been funnier if the "star" had not turned out to be a sociopathic male. Teen idols deserve more scrutiny in our society, and Key and Peele could have made a much needed social commentary by simply elongating that sketch and driving the message home. I'm certain Schumer would…
I missed the host segments too. It was fun to see them as-is, before delving into their characters. This was like a sketch within a sketch.
I'd pay serious money to have Alica and David Lee start groping each other on the conference table at Lockhart-Gardner.
I know the answer will never bring our beloved Will Gardner back, but hypothetical—-
I have no idea if this rumor is true, but I can see Julianna getting mad at the fact that Archie won the Emmy after season 1, and subsequently going on a downward spiral of jealousy after that. Because after season 2 (by the time the Emmy for season 1 was awarded), they just didn't have scenes anymore.
Good Wife!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Regarding Dougal, it seems that he is very attracted to Claire. Why then does he suggest that she marry Jaime instead of him? I'm only beginning the books, so perhaps a reader who is farther along might be able to answer this question.
I'll be the immature one: Nooice!
As a heterosexual female, the sex scenes designed to cater around me almost made me uncomfortable. But I think it's because I'm so used to only having to ogle women for the male viewing pleasure. It's amazing how Hollywood has trained us.
Jaime's confusion over sex:
Quote: "Only to leave parents wondering if they should finally start to take the credit for their years of gift-giving from that glory-hogging Santa Claus."
Kids-with-cancer are the new Kids-who-are-Vampires.
Yawn.
Russ and Lina's mismatch is so simply delineated by the following:
"You don't care about Costa Rica, I don't care about your third bathroom."
Jimmy's life without Gretchen: "BALLS BALLS BALLS BALLS BALLS"
