Dan was the actual worst. Season 7 was when he had that weird show and was married to Rachel, right? It really was so much more of a trainwreck in the beginning than I expected based on what little I remembered of it, but most of it got hilariously awful by the end. My undying love of Robert Buckley was what kept me

I actually just binged all of it on Netflix not too long ago. I used to think it went off the rails sometime around when Dan's heart got eaten by a dog, but now after seeing it from start to finish I'm not sure there were ever any rails to begin with.

I could not, for the life of me, remember that character's name. Which is ridiculous considering how many times he talked about himself in the third-person.

To be fair, some of my favorite shows of theirs sound ridiculous on paper (Jane the Virgin? Crazy Ex-Girlfriend? iZombie?). I've learned it's best not to judge a book by its cover (or title) with the CW.

Michael dancing to it was the perfect cherry on top. So amazing.

Did they even consider the possibility that she's with Rose against her will? I kinda got the impression that they assumed Luisa left by choice, which could explain the lack of concern.

I seriously thought they were going to cut off the second song early as a gag because of the blown production budget mentioned in the first one.

I am so happy to have the Villanueva women back on my tv screen.

Yeah, it makes sense he'd want to go to a team with a catcher who's getting to be past his prime.

Aww, but where's the fun in that?

It's still pretty early in the series though. Using FNL as a point of reference, I don't think Tammy and Coach had any fights that lasted more than an episode in the beginning. Blip and Evelyn still (hopefully) have plenty of time to build up to something bigger, and I feel like keeping them short and sweet now will

Not gonna lie, I don't necessarily expect them to get together, but I definitely wouldn't hate it if they do.

My biggest takeaway was how disappointed I was when Xavier didn't sing.

But if the runners who were still on base scored after she left either game, that would've raised her ERA, right?

There probably just wasn't enough time to address it in the first episode and she didn't play at all this week, so it makes some sense it didn't get brought up yet.

Did the Katie Nolan stuff feel more over the top this week than in the pilot, or is it just me? Either way, hopefully they can tone it down a bit if she keeps showing up.

I can't decide if I think Blaine has been faking the amnesia or if he's actually starting to recover his memory, but I'm glad I'm not the only one who picked up on it. Also glad if either option means getting him back to his full Blaine-ness.

In hindsight, that twist should've been more obvious with how chill the military lady was about being in the middle of a zombie apocalypse.

And having Max Rager/SuperMax in your system (ETA: when you're scratched) speeds up the zombifying process? That was my guess.

I mean, she was already pretty evil before the whole tumor thing. She was in prison for attacking people with robot bees, after all.
