Oh, that episode? I thought it was "meh".

Amazing episode. I hope the season continues on this trend.

What about Holocron of Fates?

Abysmal episodes? Like what?

What didn't you like about this episode? I thought it was good; not amazing, but good.

This is a terrible review. You give it an A-, yet hardly explain the reason why you like the episode. And you also start off complaining about the Holocrone secret being cliche. Holocron of Fates already hinted that it was going to be Obi Wan. Your review comes off as pretentious.

Episodes like "Twilight of the Apprentice" and "Holocron of Fates" show how good Rebels can be when the writers go beyond cliche story-telling and provide good development. But the main problem with Rebels just seems like the show is too inconsistent in quality. I've enjoyed season 3 so far, but this episode could

Agreed; this episode felt mediocre and one-dimensional. Also, why hasn't A.V. Club done a review of Holocron of Fates? I would like to know what he thought of the episode..

Nah. We all have our opinions.

I enjoyed the episode, but it was nothing special to me, and I felt the conclusion to the Clone Wars could have been better.

I have mixed feelings about Diamondback. Sometimes he's way too over the top and cartoony, but other times he's downright disturbing. The first instance for me was when he killed the gang leaders at the meeting. And the second one was the way he killed Boone with the power glove (which gave me chills). It

If you think kids cartoons now are all about butt obsessed jokes, then you need to watch more cartoons, instead of talking out of your ass (no pun intended).

Star Wars Rebels has obvious character development though. If you really want to see a show that screams the "it's a kid's show" excuse, see Ultimate Spiderman. Rebels has its flaws, but it's not trying to be a huge epic adventure like the shows you mentioned.

Questions is, why do shows like Gravity Falls get more freedom even though the show can be continuity heavy, but Wander over Yonder doesn't? Even Star vs. The Forces of Evil looks like it may be going in a story direction.
