So re-reading my posts of yesterday, I realize you were quite right. I was attributing arguments to you that you never made, and attacking opinions that you never claimed to hold. Sorry, Cap.

Last night I turned in thinking I had raised Hell. This morning I re-read a lot of what Cap had said, and he comes off as reasonable and thoughtful, with a nuanced take on extreme positions on both sides of the debate. Then I realized that I might be the asshole here.
