Yeah… that's a really dumb plotline so I just disregard it. Like Superman filming a porn movie with Big Barda, or Magneto not being Xorn and instead being a reality projection from Scarlet Witch's PTSD. Writers are inconsistent, and I try not to let bad decisions ruin characters I like. So I disregard them.
