Sea Change is definitely a good album, it's just not one of my favorites. And I agree that it is pretty much a "classic rock" album.

I think that, in general, Radiohead and Beck get increasingly better with each album they release. However, some albums don't fit into this pattern: Kid A is one of Radiohead's best, and Sea Change is one of my least favorite Beck albums.
