Danny, the Champion of the World

Guybrush Threepwood

I know it's brilliant right!!

Aye Pinkshinyultrablast are very good

Aye, he'd probably be traumatised tbf

It's funny, I feel like some of the songs on PW could be properly brilliant gutpunches, Bagels In Kiev in particular, if they were just a bit longer. It's a by-product of releasing songs without touring with them first, I suppose. Hopefully when I see 'em in April they will have elongated some of the tunes…

Two recent ones: The Grand Budapest Hotel soundtrack by Desplat is consistently lovely, and some of the more eccentric moments, like the folksy, all-male Russian choir, would be hilarious and brilliant to see in a traditional concert hall.

Yeah, a few months ago we got the 'five years' boxset that looked at space oddity-aladdin sane, so I suppose we can expect more stuff like that, looking at the cocaine years, Berlin era, shite 80's era, etc.

It's a line from world-renowned Worst Beatles Song 'Piggies.'

Donkey Kong for the Game Boy is such a brilliant game. The levels are really well designed, and it's even got little slapstick cutscenes!

Wacky gimmicks will indeed abound. Hopefully Nintendo will implement a 'staff picks' feature like Media Molecule did with LittleBigPlanet.

Just wait until Pitchfork slap a 'Best New Music' on it.

Gene Parmesan

That's the thing; even if Miller ended up in the director's chair, there would probably be a load of studio pressure on him to make it stylistically similar to Snyder's effort. Script quality is a factor too. A Superman film penned and directed by Miller like Fury Road was would be awesome, but realistically, I think
