Only seven women are are actually part of the lawsuit in which he is counter-suing. The other women haven't actually filed against him to the best of my knowledge, so he CAN'T counter-sue them. Not that that makes his actions any less repugnant.
As someone who thought the first movie sucked, and still hasn't forgiven her parents for literally dragging her to see it, I can only imagine how much this one would make me want to pluck out my eyeballs.
