I don't know if I agree with my opinion expressed that Dougie was from Evil Cooper. I think Dougie was from Mike to save him from evil Cooper's plan now.

Thanks. That scene where Mike says "Wake up! Don't Die! Don't die…" is really amazing I think. It's just touching that Cooper would have all these people trying to help him and going through so much trouble.

She didn't have to be in love with him. He would've been an inspirational figure to her. He would have probably wanted information from her but in such a way that she didn't suspect that he was not really Cooper.

It does because 25 years ago she wouldn't have thought it was Cooper's doppelgänger. She would have just thought it was the Dale Cooper we knew as well… just 'revealing his true personality.'

I don't think it's trying to have something new to say about any issue.

Lynch's work has always been about the extremes. It's the way his mind works.

Because it is in the state of Washington where there just aren't as many black people, also it was made in the nineties of course but it would be wrong to just inject black people into the town in a place where it actually is pretty segregated. My experience there was that way.

This is fair discussion for a Lynch movie though, I think. Lynch gets strong reactions from people sometimes and sometimes they don't understand their discomfort. I think people seem to want to make Lynch himself into a sweet old man just like some people want the show to be that way, a bit cute. People are shocked at

But then you are using the wrong criteria to criticize. It would be like going to see an exhibit of the artwork of Tom of Finland and criticize it for being gay. It isn't fair criticism to judge an artists sexual preferences. It just makes their art more honest.

If you are talking about the media and government documents being diverse I believe you are right, but when you want an artist to change their vision you aren't looking at the right target. Art is different. Art is not advertising. We want art to be personal and the artist to be personally invested. If David Lynch was

This isn't a conspiracy of male artists though. Most male artists throughout history have drawn 'porn' for their own personal pleasure because that is part of being human. The artists don't try to represent the genders equally because they do their art for their own pleasure primarily. Another thing is that most

What is gross? Are people sexless nowadays? Lynch is a male filmmaker. Did people call Prince a creep because he liked sexy women?

She seems to be at least 25. Being attracted to a beautiful woman that is with a person all of the time, and the person seems to be attracted as well? Creep? Maybe a tad judgemental?

I think it was also about how he relates with people. A lot of people have troubles with such moments.

People assume that her character was written a different way and that there aren't people in real life that are intelligent and come off as spacey. Her job is like lab work. She wouldn't necessarily be a people person to have that job. Do people look at people in real life and think they aren't pulling off a

I have to watch that again I guess. How exactly is he a creep? I can understand the weird part… but creep? They are both adults. Tammy is very beautiful. He is the head of the department. He is supposed to be brilliant so she has great respect for him. He's not supposed to be just some creepy old boss. There are these

I think of all the characters trapped inside of some purgatorial existence. Briggs is probably trapped at that place Cooper was when we saw head head float by. Briggs was a good man. If anyone has been killed by Briggs, it would have been by his evil doppelgänger too. I guess since the actor was dead, Briggs will

I know many people will think the floor sweeping scene was just Lynch trolling his audience but after I accepted the fact that the scene was going to keep going on,nostalgic thoughts entered my mind about sweeping floors like that when I was younger. It's an oddly satisfying job. My mind connected to those countless

I think when people can't make sense out of Lynch movies they call the whole thing a dream.
