He needs to get away from 40 b/c 40 is too linear & I think that affects drake negatively. I think he's versatile enough to do something out there but they stay safe. The songs NOT produced by 40 were the more interesting ones.

I think he's got them back now, but during the time he wasn't the owner. Still he's was always credited as a writer on the song
