I never react vocally to TV shows or movies but even I was saying NO NO NO out loud. I thought he was going to break her spine and paralyse her.

No one has mentioned it in these recaps but a few episodes back we saw Caputo reading a paper with a headline to the effect that MCC had been caught bribing a judge to incarcerate more people. I can't see why this wouldn't happen in real life. It is utterly beyond me how it is legal that prisons are allowed to be run

Have you considered writing a book, or maybe some articles for an online magazine? You have really good insight into your experiences and, as you said upthread, it would be nice if these stories could be heard by more people.

PS you should watch the film; it's wonderful :)

Yeah, she pointed out that he's 30 and broke, because Harold in the film is very young and very rich. And yes the suicide reference is indeed a Harold and Maude spoiler.

They never got paid though. Stella stole the money and they probably blame Piper for letting that happen.

lttp but when did Black Cindy do a sexual assault?

I guess it's a bit late now and pretty much everyone's seen the whole series by now, but for what it's worth this is a spoiler.

And maybe she also wants more power within the prison so she can shit on Piper more effectively.

Yeah I think the point there was that he's now so out of touch with what's actually going on in the prison that he probably isn't even aware of the maxipad crisis.

I think it was more that Piper mentioned gang activity, which the other blonde girl immediately associated with the Latinas and she probably recruited most of the racists at the meeting.

I weirdly respect him for the jerking off thing. He knows and manages his weaknesses. Completely agree the blow job from Fig and firing Fisher were morally reprehensible acts though.

My favourite moment of the episode. Suzanne's reaction to Morello was just priceless. Hope to see them together more in the future.

That line delivery reminded me so much of Tank Girl. Made my heart glad.

All I could think about was the 'incurable stink-tongue' :(

I'm so glad I'm not the only one who feels this way. In general I'd like to see more of Jon Hamm in everything, but I can't really deal with watching him play a rapist.

He's a wonderful actor. He makes the character simultaneously over-the-top and sincere/nuanced somehow. I loved the coming out sequence. It would be natural to be annoyed at Titus for pouting about not being the centre of attention, but Mikey knows him so well and cares so much that he completely understood why Titus

I'm hoping against hope that Cyndee and Brandon will move to NY. And that we'll get to see what happens with Gretchen's all-male cult.

I agree, Tobias is generally great but this character is just too much. He soiled himself on the subway and has incurable stink-tongue? It's just way too much. I wouldn't miss him if he made an early exit next season.
