That could be it.
That could be it.
The "Olympus Has Fallen" also sounds pretty good. Maybe they finally figured it out.
Yes, they did. Maybe this was a crowd that was more there for Adele and less there for the comedy.
I am glad that you brought up how subdued the audience was throughout the night, but especially during the taped portions. I noticed when the Fox and Friends skit showed what was clearly Black Friday to symbolize the Syrians trying to come into America, but no one reacted. It almost felt like the audience couldn't see…
I only recognize two names on this list and I am a millennial, which I am guessing is the target audience for this season. Am I alone here?
Yeah. It's just weird that they have not given much to big recent characters like Ciera or Keith even.
But has Ciera had any in the past two or three?
At this point, Monica has had as many if not more confessionals than Ciera, right?
Good point. It just seemed strange that they picked that episode in particular.
The SNL Vintage last night was the classic episode of Tom Hanks and Aerosmith, which I think they chose because of the cold open with Donald and Ivana Trump debating their divorce settlement. God, I miss Phil Hartman and Jan Hooks more and more everyday.
Has Lauren Lapkus been a narrator before?
I remember it best from last season when Joe was sharing the idol clue with Tyler under the sleeping eye of Mike.
But Mike didn't get stuck with the idiot who ate the scorpion stigma because he saved Escameca from tribal because of the puzzle portion in that same episode. Whoever was doing the puzzle (Sierra?) wasn't doing it right, so he got in and got it done (admittedly from using the Nagarote puzzle as assistance, but still).
Plus, Sierra was one of the tallest female Survivors as well. Man, Worlds Apart was a tall cast.
I know it isn't much, but doesn't she also have a jacket as well?
I guess I must have missed that. But still, she isn't referencing seasons like she was at her first tribal. So, progress?
I didn't realize that was Peih-Gee's profession. Holy crap, that adds another layer to bonkers that is Abi thinking Peih-Gee stole her bracelet.
Yeah. I also noticed that there was some clunky editing to try to cover it up. It didn't work.
I am shocked that she wasn't the one portrayed as somewhat starstruck on her tribe. That was Spencer. If they would have really wanted to play up her kooky side, that would have been emphasized, I think.
I think the former, since he didn't really change his game at all. He expected to get the final 5 or so with Aras, Katie, Tina, and Gervase without him doing anything.
