Also Serge's cannibalism, he has returned that's why he's become a cannibal — then toni killed him for being a cannibal without knowing / explaining if they knew he was dead before

and very dramatic scoring which i kept on mentioning all the times i heard it.

Lena has the same abrasion, why isnt anyone asking if she's returned too? and how did Serge die (first death) because Audrey eating her mother is a sign that Serge has been zombified already even before Toni killed him, hence his cannibalism (and Toni killed him for that disease)
