Not sure what to think of this series. It had some really strong moments but other times didn't move along as well as it could have. The way it hit on notes of sexism, ageism, etc. in Hollywood didn't really feel fresh compared to how race was handled in ACS; at times sounding like exposition or an undergrad essay.…

I agree, and I think the criticism of UnREAL is unfair. The interview released afterwards I thought dispelled the idea that it was a holier-than-thou approach and we haven't even seen any proper resolution of the shooting.
