Perhaps Sedaris feels ok talking about his wealth because he is authentic, transparent and comfortable with who he is. Colbert, on the other hand, is a pandering phony and a real jerk.

Female French professors can be smart, independent, feminist, and also willing to sleep with a cad for no good reason. And real-life scumbags like Noah Solloway often do quite well for themselves in general.…
