Steve's a mess

do people in real life say welcome as much as they do in movies?

…which is pretty contradictory to the title of the article…

I feel like the title of the article would suggest that the new Doom is either way, way better than the original, or completely ignores the source material (in a bad way), but review suggests neither of those things. What gives??

Ooh Emily Blunt ooh that would work hmm

agreed

I only have a vague disinterest in this, my only annoyance is that I will feel the need to have a stronger opinion on it considering the glut of advertisement and Facebook posts already here. So, should I absolutely hate it because it's ruining the original, or should I be an obsessive evangelist for it?

I get the point, but I feel like with Marvel and company we already are returning to this. The "gritty" movies feel weirdly dated- Batman v Superman, both in tone and politics, felt about ten years too late….

I saw Love & Mercy. It's okay. I'm not recommending it, and I'm not NOT recommending it, I just get a smug satisfaction out of seeing indie movies in the theater before they hit streaming and I wanted you all to know that

whoa

Ooh! He DID become an astronaut in the Last Man on Earth!!

Same

Well tell her that she should stop following her dreams and start putting up pictures that analyze the color schemes of various films on tumblr!!

The singer needs just a hair more headroom in this shot
