Fair enough, good points - I just think that of the two (M&E), Eliot has been developed far beyond where he started in the beginning of the series, to the point where I love his character. I still don't feel like I really know who the Margot character is in a lot of ways.

Thank you! LOL, you noticed I didn't name her. Okaaay, Margot too. But I really don't get what she brings to the party in this series (maybe she makes more sense in the books). She is written so one-dimensionally. If she comes back I hope the character is developed past seeming like someone out of a bad daytime drama

I just wanted to comment as a fan of The Chronicles of Narnia, which is referenced so much in the show. The comment "A bell cannot be unrung" is a direct reference to the scene in "The Magician's Nephew," where Digory Kirke rings a bell in one of the worlds he and his friend Polly travel to through The Wood Between
