what i meant was that you're typing a comment on something that couldn't have been imagined when the first amendment was written. that irony.

well, that it wasn't a voluntary buyback, but a confiscation of firearms. that there have been mass shootings in australia since then (and other mass killings), and that it didn't have a major effect on the crime rate and it created a black market concern for authorities.

it would work on almost anyone. people who say they could resist it are either psychopaths or vastly overestimate their ability to resist.

again. it matters a great deal HOW you do it. you can show how they became activists because of what happened to them, but if it becomes a film about gun control with only one side, then that's not entertaining, interesting, or fair.
