I think he used it when talking to Betty and Archie about how the multiverse was telling him he wasn't wanted or something, yeah. I loved that.

There were so many witch references in this episode that I honestly
expected Sabrina to show up, either when Cheryl was drowning, when
Cheryl lit the fire, or at the very end.
