U have made me laugh if nothing else.

That is never a good idea to eat that low number of calories! They are energy! I eat lots of fishes and lean meats and mix in a veggie. I will splurge on mc d fish filets on cheat days (shh) and still consume 2500 cals at least. If im wrong then why does every label say based on 2500 cal diet genius

Macaroni def not advised for healthy choices but my macoroni salads can be good w tuna and fat free mayo

Ive had luck w more foods higher in protein and lower trans fats etc..My rule of thumb is I look at what im eating and ask myself is this good for me! Good luck
