The cookie cutter morality of it bugs me. I'm a couple seasons behind, and in the one I just watched they had an opportunity to kill the big bad guy but didn't and then the bad guy escapes due to Merlyn's intervention (who Oliver has failed to kill on so many occasions), and then goes on to kill literally…
