What? You did not understand my comment at all. I was saying that misogynistic men ARE THE ONES who would say stuff like "we should ban women from the streets" when they try to justify their ugly behavior. I never even implied what you think I implied.

I live in a moderately conservative country, and I noticed that even women who wear "decent" clothes get harassed on the streets, so if anything, this proves that the only ones at fault are the misogynistic men who think it's their right to treat women like garbage and insult woment who try to defend themselves and

Yeah right, we should also ban them from driving, going to work etc.
Just like people who say to women who get raped that they shouldn't wear clothes that make them look too attractive.

The comments on Youtube show that most people didn't even get the point of the video with some of the commenters even calling the men who read the tweets feminine, softies, nancies etc. for sympathizing with the female reporters which shows we still have a LONG way to go for true gender equality.

That's not the point of the video. No one is trying to shame the guys who are reading the tweets. There's nothing wrong with raising a little bit of awareness.

Great job, internet!
