If Doomsday was created by Lex Luthor he has a whole new mythology. If Snyder intends to include Doomsday or Doomsdays mythology in the Justice League movie I'm sure it will be great and full of surprises. And most likely just a side note to be explored in greater detail in a Man of Steel sequel.
