There were at least rumors a few weeks ago that the Spiderman deal was temporary not permanent. He will show up in a movie or two from Marvel, Iron man will show up for his movie and then both studios will move on.
This is a CW show after all. They better double down on the secret-keeping. And we need an additional love interest for Iris for good measure.
If the Democrats just sit back and let the country catch fire, then their campaigns will be a cake walk at midterms and in four years.
Pretty much all the phase one heroes were B list characters. As long as Marvel keeps knocking it out of the park with casting (Downey, Evans, Hemsworth) and it looks like they are (Boseman, Cumberbatch, Larson) they will be fine till the public is burned out on the Superhero genre.
So are Wanda and Pietro. Their prominence in the Avenger's meant some sort of weird co-ownership of the rights.
My wife and I stumbled on it the night it premiered before it blew up on the internet. I can't help but think it is good because it was surprisingly good. If you go in expecting a great show, then it probably isn't as good. Early viewers (including the reviewers) were sucked in, later viewers not so much.
Hillary happens to be everything I hate from the Republican party plus everything I hate from the Democrat party rolled up in one person. Take that and throw in everything we've seen the party do to sway the nomination away from Sanders. Add to that the general grotesque behavior from Democratic voters this season: …
Apparently it is coming back. The latest edition supposedly reduces the barrier of entry significantly. I've not played them yet, but it seems to work out for the games I've seen online or heard on podcasts.
"Jemma being a badass!" Scientist with a crowbar fighting mind controlled and deformed colleagues that were caused by a dimension breach. Jemma "Freeman" Simmons FTW.
As much as I love superheroes, I'm getting a little burned out. I think I'll skip powerless. Oh hey, it is Alan Tudyk. Guess I'll skip the next superhero TV series.
This is my whole issue with the thing. It is naive to think that the sign on the door is offering any sort of protection. So why are we still going to have the sign on the door? There is plenty of psychological baggage to do with gender identity with that as well. Not to mention there are any number of…
We had what 10 seasons where Tom Welling couldn't wear Supe's costume or be called Superman because WB didn't want to step on any active or potential Superman films? At this point, I'd expect Marvel to be smarter than that, but studio logic can be pretty "interesting."
Are the three main characters the worst heroes ever? I get the everyman archetype but it seems like one or more of them are falling for the worst ruses every week. Are the books like this?
Maybe Wil with someone would be interesting if Wil was interesting. Having not read the books, I'm still on the fence whether he is supposed to be that dull as part of his character's journey over the story or they made a terrible mistake in casting. Also, if they are looking to add diversity to the story, starting…
A great cable TV show, just not on MTV, Freeform, or Syfy.
Yeah. We found it. Haven't gotten to watch it yet. I was more curious about how I couldn't turn around without bumping into the first episode but it was a lot harder to find this one.
We had some interference with our recording last night. The first episode was on like 20 channels and on demand and youtube. After I found out our recording didn't work, I went to look for other showings and they aren't going to even run a repeat on MTV before next week's airing. Is MTV giving up on this show?
I'd always considered those MOTW episodes. Although I can see them as a separate category. My favorite episode of all time is Jose Chung's From Outer Space.
Unless he was savy about what led into it, you are going to get 25 minutes of football postgame and miss the end of the episode.
