No on seems to mention that the Kree and Skrulls were sold to Fox when they bought the rights tot he Fantastic Four. Fox isn't going to give up the rights to those cheaply.

I think getting the Cosmic Cube has to help him.

They can't use the Skrull's. Fox got the rights to the Skrull's when they bought the Fantastic Four.
