So far S1 of Daredevil and Jessica Jones are the only ones that have worked for me. I really like Iron Fist, so I'm still going to check this one out. Gonna go in with my expectations pretty low and hope to be surprised.

God that show was a letdown. In fairness I'm still not sure if it was the fault of the show itself, or if my expectations were out of wack. I expected something amazing but I don't know if Luke Cage was ever really promising that.

After Luke Cage my enthusiasm for these shows is pretty low.

I'm pretty sure he doesn't believe in anything at all.

I'm just asking why bias matters when the inmates are running the asylum? Every responsible outlet should be EXTREMELY critical/skeptical of everything coming out of the White House right about now.

Who cares about Clinton right now. The press has to report on the current administration, which is either evil, incompetent, or a combo of those two things.

Nickelback is very easy to ignore, so I've never felt the need to make fun of them. It's so bland it barely even registers for me when it's playing somewhere. They don't really exist as far as I'm concerned.

It's up to Moby and Tom Arnold to crack the case!

He looks like that wierd alcoholic uncle everyone has.

I'd watch that.

With just about anyone else hashtag activism is probably pretty pointless. In Trump's case, YOU could potentially pen the tweet that sends him into the abyss.

I thought he was just a harmless, unfunny guy until recently. And then I saw an old SNL clip of him impersonating Chris Rock in blackface.

Trump presidency as an abstract: Appealing to trolls
Trump presidency in reality: Not very appealing to trolls?

Maybe she can spend less time on her fashion line, and more time pushing him to do the right thing?

I think if you weren't on board by season two, it probably just isn't your thing.

If you have kids, and are accustomed to typical kid movies, Lego Movie is a damn masterpiece in comparison.

Sure, that applies. I'm not sure why a dislike for DC's movies automatically makes you a Marvel supporter.

To further clarify: WB's run at DC has been so incompetent so far that they might as well carry on doing what they are doing. These things make money regardless of quality, so why start making an effort now?

At this point they might as well let him direct it. Who fuckin' cares.

I dunno. That was a pretty nice save he pulled on the Frederick Douglass thing. The man is slick!
