I was pretty bummed that they introduced a kind of Travis Bickle take on the character and then pissed away several episodes with him sitting in a court room.

I totally get that he is a lawyer and occasionally needs to do some lawyering. But those scenes pretty much killed the show dead for me.

I was trapped in a room at a party with a girl who put that song on and told us all to "really listen to the words", and then stared at us all as the song played. It was one of the most awkward things I've ever experienced. Hate this band.

By the time Machete became a feature film I was pretty much done with him. Sin City did not age well at all. I've been hesitant to revisit his earlier work for fear that it it isn't as good as I remember.

Growing up in Newfoundland, I had to give them some credit for being pretty much the only big-ish band who would tour there. Now that I'm way older, I kind of appreciate them. While I've never been a huge fan, I always took it for granted that they would be around and doing stuff.
