McHale has never hidden his disgust at a lot of E's programming. But hours show is likely cheap to produce for the ratings it gets, so it hangs on.

Lorenzo of Tom and Lorenzo speculated on twitter that Khole's appointment was what caused Kathy to bail. I think I believe that more than her tweet, because she had to know what she was getting into when she first signed on.
Trainwreck you couldn't turn away from.
Surreal. And awesome.
Quite honestly it just shows how the board really determines your fate. One may have five categories that you feel good with and the next you struggle to find clues you think you can guess. Day 1 for Penny was the former and Day 2 the latter.
Given there is only one Weird Al, they may well have accepted it, as they are want to do when a name can only refer to a specific person.
Fair enough, though by now Jeopardy has pulled the unclear category enough that you'd think contestants would know better than to skip straight to the hardest one.
Doubt it was context. It was just a legitimately difficult answer as Logo isn't that common in cable packages. The rest of the answer had more than enough context to get it right if you'd heard of the show.
Easily one of the best episodes in ages! I hope he has a nice run as champ
Just a very hippy feel with "passion based learning" and sustainability is listed as their first focus - even before education. And you aren't allowed to pack a lunch for your own. So yeah.

It's the top chef "be innovative" challenge all over again: the rules only apply to those they don't want to keep around all over again.
Of course, but editing certain gave Andrew an unfair air of favortism, so that's why I'm wondering if it was as lopsided as we saw.
Was I the only one who felt Andrew's comeback was nudged along? Yeah, he managed to save it, but only because Gordon told him there was a huge problem in the first place. Did I miss the other kids getting that level of feedback as they went along?
Normally I'd agree, but the past two weeks the editors focus for Melissa and Mei was having women in the finale, almost to the exclusion of everything else. That, combined with the discussion being pro-Doug until it inexplicably wasn't. It's just hard to not be skeptical.
Called it. The lure of a double minority (black gay male or asian female) was too damn strong to let Dougie through. When Tom started going, "well, I can't decide, I'm like "so the producers will."
Totally "random" to guarantee that Doug and Gregory and an uphill battle for Melissa who arguably lasted longer than she should have. Gonna guess the F2 will be Greg/Mei
Agreed. And total bullshit because films aimed at that audience don't cost nearly that much
