It's pretty good about not interrupting Sunday night programming. The recent run of Parts Unknown / United Shades was only preempted once.

It was an inspiration for countless current TV creators and set the tone for every teen drama that followed.

The three contestants didn't know BAE or MCM. I'm guessing they don't have instagram.

The Nineties kicks off on CNN with a two-hour episode on '90s TV. If there's no discussion of Dream On and/or UPN, I'm calling it fake.

Rula has to do Dynasty Chat. The British accent fits with the show.

Sally Field after Sanford and Son. Okay. But Sally Field in The Girl With Something Extra after S&S… What were they thinking? If NBC had had good programs after S&S, it could have had a stellar lineup. Instead, everything died.

Theo is trying to talk to her and doesn't make eye contact with her, but each time he does look, she looks a little more like the Mrs. Westlake he knows. The slow transformation and pacing is stellar.

I've seen "1986" on those that list dates, I think one stated "1985."
