NBC had the Super Bowl this season and combine that with the 50+ share Cosby Show, NBC owned the top 20 programs of the season.

He's a 60+-year-old comedian who goes back to the Johnny Carson/David Letterman late-night heyday. His audience is still those viewers from his Politically Incorrect days — which I was once a viewer (and am not far from exiting the 18-34 demo).
