NBC had the Super Bowl this season and combine that with the 50+ share Cosby Show, NBC owned the top 20 programs of the season.

No Must See TV today. I had to return DVDs to the library so I figure I’d skip today, then I saw The Cosby Show has returned to Amazon Prime. (still no A Different World) I could write up commentary for the next night (12 December 1985), but I’m tired.
