I was watching part of On the Beach today. Seeing the Australian people await their inevitable demise from nuclear fallout reminded me of the approaching implementation of Kinja to The AV Club.
I was surprised how much I enjoyed it, even if I didn't like the banana toss one bit. I wanted that gonged. However, about halfway through the episode, I was kind of ready for it to be done.
I _loved_ the Seattle scene where Joel finally catches up with Marilyn because she isn't phased by seeing him in the slightest. Joel thinks he is giving her to greatest surprise. If you asked me during season one if it would make it to season three, I might've laughed at you, given the ratings and USA's movement away from comedy.
