He's not getting it back this time. Daryl has become a big enough character that he doesn't need the crossbow. Dwight (the guy in this episode) is going to use the crossbow from now on, maybe they kill him off WAY later and Daryl get's it back, but for right now, don't look for it anytime soon.

I personally love Negan and the All Out War story arc. I think it's one of the highlights of the comic book. Negan makes the Governor look like a care bear. I think cappadocius is meaning that Negan makes him miss the Governor because the Governor wasn't as bad/evil.
