The only difference between Jeselnick and Tosh are their deliveries. Tosh is more rapid fire, while Jeselnick takes a more relaxed approach. Other than that, pretty much the same.

Actually the "Boy I bet that hurt" comment applies more to the Rob Dyrdek show, which is sub Bob Saget. Daniel Tosh on the other hand actually does tell jokes (whether or not you think they are funny is up to you) and performs skits.

Because, their story has really been about their relationship and the disintegration of it (and hopeful rebuilding), and their tie to the angel story was also fairly personal with the Gadreel possession, and the Mark of Cain arc is again

As well William Hartnell's Doctor, he died of old age. Hurt's "wearing a bit thin" was a call back to Hartnell's regeneration.
