I agree with that—I'm just not sure what Piscatella could have been charged with. Taystee did not yet know of the video of his beating of Alex.

She did overhear, but I am not sure she knows Piper and Alex's identity to rat them out.

The chance that your baby's mother might die is a special occasion.

Amen. I am totally lost as to what the temporal setting is at this point.

Maybe next season will be a courtroom drama with inmates flown in from all over the country to testify about what happened during the course of the riot

And some of us dont' watch until 2 1/2 months later :)

The shooting mentions were heavy-handed, but also threw me off, because I'm not sure what year we are in now. Piper entered prison in what, 2013, and is still serving on her 18-month sentence? The shooting at Mother Emanuel was mentioned, but occurred in summer 2015.

If Taystee wanted justice for Poussey, Piscatella wasn't directly involved in her death.

I never saw Weeds, but this season of OINTB isn't totally doing it for me—too many characters, too many side-plots. I'm only up to this episode, but feels like they could have kept it to 10 episodes instead of 13.

Caputo—-beer can indeed.

She's taking care of all those children!

I'm wondering if Chuck cashed the check. Jimmy is next of kin.

I think Howard said he had children…did I imagine that?

Nacho is a pretty busy guy, working at the auto shop, counting coin at the taqueria, and having midnight meetings with Mike and/or Squat Cobbler.

Are attorneys required to carry malpractice insurance?

The story and the larger context bummed me out too.

I did a double take when I realized the doctor is Marjorie from "Veep".

I'm pretty sure Chuck stumbled past a movie theater that was showing "King Kong", which was 2005.

Heh. Jesse's probably still in high school at this point. What are we in, 2005? I think "King Kong" was playing at the movie theater that Chuck passed.

Yes, basically. Hector said something like, "remind him who works for who".
