no, uninterrupted seating is impossible, breaks are necessary, if anything to go to the toilet but I watched it all in one day, probably best to do it with a friend, or at least I did so and it was fun, in any case it wasn't that hard but we ended up finishing at 5 in the morning so yeah it is pretty tiring
