It was either drink the liquid and hop eit didn't kill her or die from dehydration…not many other options on an alien planet no matter how many PhDs you have

(again, it’s so refreshing to see a superhero who actually likes using her powers!)

when those critiques are nothing but bitching and moaning, at some point, yeah, it is required to have that skill…

(Not to say that doesn’t also happen a fair amount in the current era, but my unverified gut feeling is that there tends to be a bit more variety these days in how stories are resolved.)

it's not a bill lawrence thing like scrubs was a bill lawrence thing…he's the executive producer but hires people to run the show…just lazy reporting by av club

I was seriously on the precipice of giving up on doctor who, then an episode like this airs, and I am firmly back on board…holy cow…it had everything that's right about doctor who - the doctor working together with his companion to save the day…the doctor being clever, but not too clever…the characters he was saving

the singularity negated the paradox so any and all courses of action that happened in the timeline remained in the timeline

While I'm thrilled that Ollie is FINALLY learning to embrace the mantle instead of solely considering it his burden, anyone else a little surprised that (regardless of whether or not it was her real plan) Ollie was perfectly fine with Laurel helping Thea get over SETTING A PERSON ON FIRE by simpy taking her on a spa

Huh? This…this isn't heresay - it's fact. Or are you one of those fans that only believes facts that make them happy?

They restrict writers to a 43-week (full 22/24 episode) season commitment despite there only being about 13 episodes in most cases. They pay them jack shit, and because of the commitment, the writers aren't allowed to get any other work despite not getting paid for the several months they're "still under contract"

Obligatory:

Ask anyone who writes for any Marvel Netflix series - Marvel has ALWAYS been cheap.

I doubt it'll be Felicity, if for no other reason than Emily Bett's kind of a crossover anchor for (and of) this entire CW universe…she can just as easily recur on Flash and eventually Legends of Tomorrow as she does on Arrow. Or maybe I'm just trying to think of reasons for her to stay alive because how dare they

Canon? Wasn't Felicity created by the show?

Not a bad article. I remember liking this film, but wishing they'd gotten a better actor to play Pan…

Yes.

but, those previous spinoffs came about during RTD's fantastic reboot run…how about Moffat fixes what he's done to the show since taking over before he decides to spread himself even more thin (he's already juggling doctor who and sherlock at the moment)…

That unapologetic selfishness, that rabid desire to look good in front of other people no matter the cost, makes me think that “The City Part Of Town” isn’t really about gentrification at all. It’s about the current state of South Park.

okay…that's your opinion, which you're absolutely entitled to, but what does that have to do with my comment? Or were you just looking for someplace to rant?

no Don…it's not defensive…it's calling out an incorrect comment…which I also did last week to his misunderstood review of the premiere episode…
