Excited for them to finally give us some Dorne scenes…
the lack of appreciation for this new take on the joker for the feature side, seen in the comments here and elsewhere, are exactly why many comic book fans don't deserve nice things…there's always something to bitch about
how else should he get these terrifying criminals to talk? hold their families hostage? it's supposed to be an ugly world full of terrible people, making him resort to methods outside the law…not like he's killing everyone…
It's pretty clear how much kreisberg and berlanti leaving arrow to run the flash has negatively affected this season's storytelling…
referring to anything on mtv as "smart" is like referring to anything on buzzfeed as "well-written"
No one in the writers' room is trying to emulate the walking dead. I promise.
opinions for television exist outside of av club reviewer and community scores, though I'm glad we both enjoyed the episode
did I say the hate came from the reviewer? Where?
For fans of the character Green Arrow, the show itself, and storytelling in general, this was a great episode. I can't believe the hate it's gotten. Deadshot chewed scenery like a pro, as always, and the flashbacks allowed us to see just enough of his backstory without getting bogged down in a non-regular's…
I considered it, then decided against taking the job to work here.
sadly the writers here are paid by the snark, regardless of accuracy
Sounds like Sam's having a rough day. You okay, Sam? Need a hug?
Wow. The other fairy tale show you reference it needing to distance itself from is Once Upon A Time? How about the show GRIMM?!
"It seems like the writers haven’t fully figured out what to do with Xan."
the fact that you assume the filmmakers are also doing the promos and marketing for this film says a lot
Wow, Fitz gets hardly a mention in this episode's recap…did the reviewer watch the same episode as everyone else?!
then why reference the trailer and not the movie?
It's okay though, because they're going to cast a female slimer
don't comment on movies you haven't seen…ignorance is a bad look
