I agree that the Korean actors in particular were pretty weak with their English dialogue, but the point of the show is about connection (on a global scale), and having everyone speak different languages would work against that. All those cliches about language as a barrier to communication do kind of have a point.

It was fairly late at night (11 or so, I think), but I'm fairly against drinking and watching movies. It probably would have made it better, but it's too late to find out now.

That was the thing that most stood out when I re-watched Shutter Island in a media studies class a year after I first saw it. I think the intent is to create an editing equivalent to the illusory nature of the whole thing, but to me it did look pretty inept.

I'm really not looking forward to the aftermath of the game, as my McJob puts me in the walking route a lot of people will be taking back.
