I don't necessarily agree with the criterion that excluded one seasoners but I do respect Lorne Michaels for following his own rules- the only reason Billy Crystal and Martin Short were on was because they hosted.

Nobody was excluded except for cast members who lasted a season or less. Every living host and every cast member who made it past a season was invited. Miller and Jackson were not there because they chose not to be there.
