I use an old, outdated hand-me-down (as in, my younger brother, who is much better with electronics than me) iPod as my mobile device and it works fine. Thanks to the site's face-lift, it crashes if I stay on the main page for longer than 30 seconds, but any individual page only has a 35% chance of crashing.
