Did anyone else think that the huge tonal shift in this episode is because we'll see this next year in the Luke Cage series as part of the larger whole?

I honestly came here to see if it wasn't just me that thought the episode felt split, but the overall halves seemed okay, if underwhelming.
Apparently … I'm not alone.

You can fridge a guy too, but I'd say Garner wasn,t "fridged" mostly because A) he's not dead. At least not yet anyway. And B) May doesn't seem any more motivated towards a certain goal or against a certain enemy.
That being said,
If he'd had died in the convience store, then I'd say he probably was.

Kinda sorta? I think it was an odd case, but it ultimately came out that she was dead, not by her own choice, and the main effect was that it motivated her partner.
So I guess, yeah. It's a villainous example but still fridging.

Actually, other than the fridging, which yeah really sucked. I thought it was pretty okay.
I actually like Ward as a villain. He brings the cold emotionless killer vibe mixed with the actions of a petulant child. A nice mix that gets explained a little more this episode.

Steven Moffat can be cheesy and corny when the episode calls for a more serious tone, and Peter Capaldi can be a little more angry than the episode needs.
But those cases started to become rarer and rarer the longer each has been at the helm.
They can be bad.
But the experience they have, it can lead to episodes like

I love how intricate these endings can get, and this one especially with so many moving parts, and each one is so fluidly placed that every change just builds the tension.
I have to admit, you're right.
HTGAWM does kinda muddle through some of the middle parts sometimes, but the beginnings and DEFINITELY the endings it

Are you guys gonna review the AT:Stakes, Because HOT HOLY DAMN COW it's been pretty great so far.

Honestly, I just thought that Finn and Jake thought BMO was saying he was trans…

I've actually been tossing around the idea that Frank is secretly recording everyone since the season opener.

He was in the flashforward a couple episodes back. When Michaela shows up, and tells him it's all taken care of or something.
Don't worry about him, he'll be fine.
At least for the next couple of episodes.

I actually REALLY liked that touch with Piggy's gift. It shows how she can be mature, and that she doesn't hold anything against Denise for dating her ex, to the point she might actually like her.
And at the same time is a messed up warning to Kermit about asking her to help his relationship.
A wonderful mix between

The screaming in this season is honestly my favorite part.
The "I WANT THE SUN!"
and "DO SOMETHING!" from Fitz and Simmons, respectively, is honestly so filled with such frustration, longing, despair, and feels so genuine.
Which is hilarious because normally screams feel so generic and forced to me.
Agents has really

I'm still saying Eggs 911, is either her mother or sibling. "Eggs" like, of the same batch, or Mother hen.

So a few things make more sense now.

But then again, any spiders that get in my hair are gonna be stomped.

What's most fascinating is deconstructing how the mythalogues act with each other.
In order for them to work together, Both Beth and Jerry need to think that the other thinks they make themselves a worse person.

Okay… I'm also seeing … Whatever this is.

Yes. That is not how I walk in the park.

Once online, Always online.
Seriously, someone's probably already ripped it, and is setting up mirrors for this.
