*Sigh* I was hoping for more of an in-depth analysis of the album. But I understand this isn't necessarily the best platform. That said, I love the album. Actually enjoyed it better than 'Blonde' and 'TPAB'. Thought is was more cohesive.

maybe he just wanted a female point on the staff to provide a different perspective. or she was a great writer and just so happened to be female.
otherwise, if were just trying to avoid any criticism from black twitter, blk media I'd think he would have casted a different actress to play Van. One with a darker tan.
