3. Profit

I agree, simply because it's a tired joke.

I don't want to ever be back in that situation. Maybe Chuck made that choice.

I subscribe to the theory that he suggested that stuff because he thought that he was dealing with hardened criminals (Walt and Jesse) and that was probably their M.O. anyway. Doesn't excuse it but explains how he could see "recommending" it.

Well, they mentioned Nitro-Glycerin in the previous episode. What that does is lower blood pressure dramatically. High blood pressure is dangerous for a bunch of reasons but most often involved in stroke. Just as the BB viewers expect. And placebo effect is real and may work for a little while.

I was saying NO NO NO as I felt some awful crash was coming on in the final scene for Kim. I blacked out once on a 2 hour trip home from a friend's house and pulled away from hitting the guardrail on a bridge at the last moment and am eternally grateful for that. Ugh.

I've had serious dread about it even though I know it's coming. Just how he becomes (or already is) such a SORRY person. Doesn't help that I'm on my 3rd rewatch of BB and just passed Ep02.08.

Yeah, it literally makes the scene. Done just right. Along with the foreshadowing micro-nap from the previous episode.

Exactly. Jimmy was very careful throughout the entire episode to not give any advice. The last scene with Irene was telling. Irene: "What would you do?" Jimmy "Listen to your heart."

Maybe not among the main cast, but there's still Ernie.

This is what I was thinking might happen.
